Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This page also serves as our data-deletion instructions URL for users who connected to our services through a third-party identity provider such as Facebook.
How to request deletion
Send an email to info@9ersystems.com with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What to include in your email
- The email address you registered with us, or the email address associated with the third-party login (Facebook, Google, Apple) you used to sign in.
- If you signed in with a third-party provider, the name of that provider.
- Optionally, the approximate date you first used our services, to help us locate your records.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently remove from our systems:
- Your account record (email, name, and any preferences you saved).
- Any usage telemetry or product analytics events tied to your account or device identifier.
- Mailing list and notification subscriptions associated with your email address.
We may retain a minimal record of the deletion itself (your email and the date) for audit purposes, and we may retain transactional records (such as order history) where required by law or for legitimate accounting needs.
Third-party identity providers
If you signed in to our services using Facebook, Google, or Apple, you can also revoke our app’s access from your account settings on that provider. Revoking access stops further sign-ins but does not by itself delete the data we already hold; please email us at the address above to request actual deletion.
